I have been in residential real estate for some 27 years, during which time I have completed almost 1,000 successful transactions. I limit the number of listings taken (and buyers being served) at any point in time to about 2 or 3. I find this allows me to focus my energy and resources on getting the job done. I know this formula has served me and my clients well over the years. I do my utmost to ensure that each transaction is stress free and enjoyable.
